Low carb snacks

I am back on low/no carbs as I just can't do any other diet and stick with it.But I don't have my books as they are in storage while we are renting and need some inspiration for snacks especially when dp and ds are shovelling in cakes and biscuits in front of the tv!

Try Snack a Jacks

I'm doing low carb too and 1oz of mixed macadamia nuts/pine nuts generally hits the spot. Also chopped up celery with cubes of cheddar cheese (loathe this normally but I think my taste buds have changed with the change in diet!) If I'm desperate, a handful of berries with double cream is good and still low-carb. Hard to watch dp and dcs tucking into xmas leftover chocs (still!) but having a decaf coffee with cream helps.

This list is quite useful but I am on the lookout for more ideas too

Here's another list - but I'm having trouble finding something that rivals conventional snacks!
