Someone help me ðŸ˜
We’re a family of 4, It’s not really feasible for me to cook more than one dish every time we eat but I seriously need to lose some weight before we get married.. but my partner is seriously thin and he doesn’t really gain much weight whatever he eats.
He obviously doesn’t want to lose more weight.. but I want to lose a good 2-3st at least.
I don’t really want to do a fad-diet like carb cutting ect as I want to try and carry it on as a lifestyle change rather than having to diet every year for an occasion or holiday 😂
my issue is mainly snacking throughout the day which I think is my killer as I do cook relatively healthy meals and from scratch for most of our meals I.e we eat a lot of fish, meat and veg; we have occasional ‘stodge’ like a cottage pie, fajitas ect and we very rarely eat things like chips, nuggets, pizza.
i just don’t know how to stop snacking.. or find a healthier alternative!
