Strange title I know!
I don't eat breakfast as I've found it helps, and I've lost a little weight so far
But I have a tendency toward disordered eating so I have to be really careful with any form of calorie counting, tracking etc
Today I'm struggling social media shit and so I only had lunch, does it really matter for weight loss? Given there is stuff like fast 800, 5:2 etc?
I know from experience I'll be ok tomorrow
