I’ve used the WW app in the past with success but I find I lose motivation with it quickly. Has anyone tried the Noom app? I’ve seen it advertised as a total mindset overhaul rather than just a ‘diet’. I’m put off with the daily weigh-in aspect but is the psychology side of it really that effective?
Or should I just go back to counting my points on the WW app? I do love the scanning function that tells you points for practically everything, it’s so useful when shopping.
