I am terrified I will put on weight instead of losing/maintaining it!
I feel awful on low carb. Not always, but a lot of the time. I think it may be because I eat a lot of UPFs on it (I don't eat meat so am consuming a lot of meat substitutes and all that goes with that, salt etc).
I have been doing 16:8 for four days now and feel a lot better.
I am consuming a lot more veg and healthier things than on LC, but I am worried I'll just keep getting fatter.
