Is it WEIGHT WATCHERS that do a 'weight maintance' plan for pregnancy?

Need to loose a few stone but am TTC baby3, so keep thinking theres no point in trying to loose as Ill just put it back on when pregnant!

But that attitude will just end up with me putting stones on even before I get caught!

My sister is starting WW and Im hoping to loose as much as I can BEFORE i get pregnant, then stay there throughout pregnancy and try to eat healthily and just maintain a healthy weigh gain in pregnancy.

Do they do that there?
