today i had a chicken omelette from a chinese takeaway, does anyone have any idea how many syns might be in this

Hmm I'm sure they wouldn't have cooked it in fry light. The egg would have been free on whatever day you are having. Not sure how they will have cooked the chicken but assuming without oil free on an original day so you need to allow for the oil - 1 level tbp is 6 syns.
