Has anyone bought Rebecca Wheatley's new excercise DVD? What's it like?

I think this woman is amazing. She's lost 12 stone in about 24 months. Being a slimming world member myself I really look up to her.

Am tempted to buy it but think it may just end up like the others being used once or twice then left on the shelf

after reading the reviews on amazon... i have bought he vicky binns dance dvd, as prefer the dance workouts.... have a peak on amazon for reviews

I got Rebecca's DVD and I love it. Its ideal for anyone who has a lot of weight to lose or hasn't exercised in years.

I was very unfit but this workout is low impact but still works your body iykwim! Its done in 10 mins sections (if you haven't got time to do the whole DVD). Its a boxercise type workout, but you're not jumping all over the place, which suits me.

I admire this lady. I identified with her more than the truckload of other celebs who have brought out DVD's in recent years and didn't really have much weight to lose in the first place

She's lost 12 stone .... what an inspiration !
