Hi,

I am getting married in 4 weeks!! Have been doing gym, walking, calorie counting for last 12 weeks. I have lost weight but not as much as planned!

How can I just lose weight quick in last 4 weeks? Would love to lose 7 ish lbs but love food so hate being hungry 😂

Was on 1400/1500 cals. Gym has been great but gaining muscle (which is great) but would love to just focus on fat loss now. Dress is a little tight and completely fitted so really need to do this!

Keep up the gym and cut the calories a bit more! 7lbs is quite a lot to lose in 4 weeks though.

Three meals a day of 100g protein (fish chicken or red meat or eggs) and 3 handfuls of leafy green veg/non carbs veg. Handful of almonds as snack. Teaspoon of oil for frying or salad dressings. 3 litres of water.

No dairy, no alcohol, no sugar, no white carbs, no fruit.

I lost a stone in a month.

Low carb, high fat. BIWI has just started another boot camp. It's the business and you shouldn't feel hungry at all!

Enjoy your wedding day 😊

Defo manageable if you do keto:very low carb. The weight literally fell off

1g of protein for every 1kg you weigh in your diet and make sure you're sticking to your deficit. Bulk out your meals with veg so your stomach has a high volume of nutrient dense but low calorie food to work with. Drink plenty of water, avoid sugar/simple carbs. Also bear in mind that if you are building muscle your body composition will have changed so the measuring tape might be a better barometer for you than the scales.
