Really have to get serious now

I have just failed the second day of eating healthy again after so many starts. It really is getting ridiculous now. I'm completely addicted to junk food.

A couple of years ago I lost 4 stone in weight and felt amazing. Its gradually gone back on again, although I have no idea how much I actually weigh at the moment, but I am officially back in size 18s. I am 5'9 but I feel very big. I'm pretty good with exercise, I do it most days and I work in a spa doing treatments full time so I'm pretty active I just can't seem to stop eating. I have 2 weeks off work that started yesterday and my plan was to diet hard for this time as my uniform was getting really uncomfortable and I was dreading getting changed every morning. I don't care how long it takes me to get all this weight off I just want to go back to work in 2 weeks and feel a bit more comfortable.

So I need to start again tomorrow and really stick to it. Anyone want to join me? I find when I'm at home I start to want to eat everything in sight when it comes to early evening. How can I stop this? Im thinking I will post on here every evening with how I have done and hopefully by the time I go back to work I feel a bit more comfortable.
