How do you do it?

Same days every week?

Do you stop / start eating at certain times?

How many calories will you have on fasting days?

Do you still drink water and coffee?

I'm trying to get my head around it as wouldn't mind giving it a go.

I don't do the same days. I mix it up.

I still drink coffee. Some days I do 500. Others just coffee.
