Hi all.

My weight has spiralled since having DD and I have 5 stone to shift 😞. I have started Exante this week. I need something to reset my relationship with food. Plus I have mobility issues which hasn’t helped.

Anybody doing similar and what to support?

Hi there, I’m kind of doing half exante (product for breakfast, lunch and then a low calorie evening meal and fruit etc as snacks) rather than the extreme plan but would love to join you.

I have 4 stone to lose (have lost just over a stone so far!) and also need to change my relationship with food… I have hypermobility syndrome and my joints are in a bad way so hoping relieving the pressure on them will help too.

Good luck! How have you found this week? The first few days are so hard.

Hellooo ☺️

I've just had a week off (to scarf fish and chips on the beach) but the I'm 7lb down since the start of July thanks to exante.

I'm doing a shake for breakfast and lunch, healthy tea but not denying myself anything that I fancy of an evening in the hope it'll mean I don't get fed up too quickly.

Living off the peach juice ones and the vanilla shakes ATM. I had an absolutely pants headache during the first week but have found it absolutely fine since thankfully.

Good luck with it!!

Hello,

I started Exante today and would love a support thread! Had the Vanilla shake, dark chocolate and cranberry bar and vegetable soup today with a small chicken breast. And loads of water!

good luck everyone!

SafariPark · 27/07/2022 15:45

Good luck @2020in2020!
I'm absolutely ravenous today. The lack of school run has taken away four miles walk a day and ive got zero motivation to exercise unless absolutely required 😂
Hopefully I will manage to lose something between now and September!

Dinkymummy · 28/07/2022 09:08

Hi everyone. I am 9lb down in 10 days! I’m trying to replace all my meals with the shakes but I’m not denying myself opportunities to meet friends for lunch etc.

I like the yoghurt and jam bars and most of the shakes I have tried. Except the lemon pancake vomiting 🤮

@Dinkymummy incredible work! I need to make a few healthier choices to get it shifting a bit faster but I am delighted to have found a way that's working. How have you found switching over entirely? I'm too scared to 😂

namechangeagaintwice · 29/07/2022 22:51

Hello 👋 can I join? I need some back up desperately. I started a few months ago a bit typically didn't last very long Blush but I really need to lose 2st a few pounds, anything to keep to get back down a few dress sizes.

I have a least a weeks worth still left in the cupboard to get started with. Do I start tomorrow or Monday 🤨

Dinkymummy · 30/07/2022 06:55

@namechangeagaintwice you can do it. Have a plan and an emergency treat for when you want to give up. I still eat out if I am meeting people for example and on a Friday I have a cheat meal. It’s also an unwritten rule that diets start on Monday 😉

@SafariPark Thank you! The first week was hard but now I am in the routine of it I rarely even fancy food. I make sure it doesn’t rule my social life though!

5kg since 04/07. I'm absolutely shattered but for the first time I've started to notice my shape changing so that's very cheering! @Dinkymummy well done, that's amazing work.

katrinao · 09/08/2022 20:13

Hi all, started exante today. Have about 5 stone to lose 😕 but I'm feeling optimistic. Ordered the 4 week box to start off and had the strawberry jam bar (not bad) and chicken and leek soup (like a thick cuppa soup) but the sweet and sour noodles were dreadful. Was making bolognese for the family so added some tomatoes and hot pepper sauce to it, which made it more tolerable.
I've been having milk in my coffee so have extra calories to add but it's not been as bad as I expected! Roll on weekly weigh in I love reading everyone's results and the success stories are inspiring 🙌

SafariPark · 13/08/2022 18:40

@katrinao how's it going? I'm on a twelve hour shift and stupidly forgot to pack any food other than 2 shakes. Trying to convince myself not to stop at McDonald's on the way home 😅
