I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl in January. It was quite a traumatic birth ( I had preeclampsia ) so she was born via C-section. Before I was a healthy size 8-10 9 stone, during pregnancy I gained a few stone mainly water weight because of the preeclampsia.. but then after she was born I gained even more! Admittedly DH and I had takeaway’s and many freezer foods just through lack of time with our premmie baby! But now we’ve started weaning her last month she’s eating healthy , plenty of fruit and veg and I am too, cooking myself & her fresh food and good healthy dinners. I’ve started working out too, have been for the past month or so. But I have GAINED weight?! How?! Healthy eating + working out. I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I feel like I’m never gonna get to how I was. My self confidence has gone, of course totally worth it for my gorgeous baby girl but I want to feel good about myself again. Just looking for advice , on how to get back my confidence.
