Did a search and couldn't see it mentioned so I thought I would put it on here.

If you are doing Keto and badly craving something sweet then Troo is amazing. Its got great reviews and it actually tastes lovely.

I bought it in Waitrose but you can get it online as well.

Inulin makes me balloon. It’s horrendous for bloating. I hope it works for you OP.

ah ok, its not had that effect so far (3 days ) so fingers crossed as its the only thing Ive found that tastes great and satisfys the cravings

Is it a syrup or is the jar empty? I normally use xylitol or erythritol, though I try not to have sweet-tasting stuff too much (and I'm avoiding UPFs, so really anything made with a sweetener (or sugar!) should be out.) They have the texture of caster sugar, but I often blend them into powder as don't want to crunch them between my teeth!

Sorry, now that I'm home I can see on the big screen that it is a syrup! Is it very sticky?
