30g a day fibre diet

Anyone want to join me on my journey of trying to eat 30g of fibre a day to lose weight.

I've been doing it for a week now and lost 2lbs and I am so full!

Previously only done calorie counting and I am loving the being able to eat whatever I want!

I am pescatarian and mostly dairy free but eat eggs and a little bit of mayo

Would love to hear you daily high fibre menus!

Breakfast: shredded wheat with a banana and almond milk and a sprinkle of chia seeds

Lunch: carrot and snow peas with houmous and a nakd bar

Dinner: the biggest plate of food ever full of sweet potato, spinach, avocado, beetroot, romaine, cucumber, houmous and TWO giant potato skins leftover from the kids dinners and loads of almonds

Evening snack of popcorn and snack a jacks

Lots of hot drinks with oat and almond milk
