So I have 4 weeks to go until my holiday and not sure the best way to lose. I'm not expecting huge amounts but it would be nice to lose enough so things feel a bit looser and enough so that anything I gain (all inclusive) doesn't put me more than I am now.
Currently I exercise 4-5 times a week 30 mins a day. All this does is keep me stationary as my diet has been terrible.
From an exercise point of view in a short period of time is it best to focus on lifting, cardio or a mix of both? I'd like to tone and lose whatever is possible. Is it worth incorporating some pilates or other type of toning in?
I am also starting calorie counting today too and have put a ban on take aways except once a week (family treat night)
I have a cross trainer at home and plenty of weights so can hit either. Also happy doing YouTube vids too it's more a case of which is best for short term weight loss
