I’ve lost a couple of stone and now weigh the top end of 10 stone.
However, I am struggling with eating in a deficit and recently have been eating around maintenance calories. I am happy if I maintain in the short term but am terrified of putting it all back on.
I’ve done no real exercise and am hoping to get into some exercise to help things forward.
Any and all advice appreciated. I am in a stressful and depressed phase of my life and am super scared about piling it all back on like every time previously. A vicious cycle. This is the best I’ve ever done with weight loss.
