I’d say, not ozempic.
DH tried it. He lost a little weight at a low dose, and had a lot of stomach pain. As the dose increased, so did the pain, but weight loss stopped.
To summarise: it’s no more effective than dieting, but much more expensive and painful.

I tried orlistat years ago- never tried the others, so can't really comment/compare. Orlistat does teach you what foods are high in fat, but OMG- it was dreadful. You think you are farting- and orange oil comes out instead! I've never been incontinent in my life, but I was with orlistat. Maybe, if you wore a sanitary pad over your anus- it might help, but IMO, it was just dreadful. I didnt lose any weight either! I did, however, lose weight doing keto.
