Fasting apps

I've decided to give a fasting app a go to see if it helps me stay on track. I've used my fitness pal before and do find it really helpful but I only tend to stick to logging my foods for a few days before I start to forget and then don't use it for weeks on end. Has anyone had any more luck with an intermittent fasting app that gives you more of a plan to follow?

I've got young kids and very little time so it would be great to find something that helps me plan meals without too much time on my part if such a thing exists? Can anyone recommend a good app please?

I've had a look at Noom but it's pretty pricey. I don't mind paying a subscription fee but that one works out at £24 a month, which is too much!

I’ve just started with fasting. 16:8. I’m finding it a challenge! I’m using the Zero app and I am finding it a very helpful way to track.
