As it says, I’ve just been diagnosed with aenemia but my cholesterol is also creeping up. I could do with losing half a stone or so as well (am very petite so even half a stone looks like a weight gain on me).
I've been one of those people who has got to their forties without watching what they eat but that definitely needs to change!
Obviously loads more fruit and veg, change snacks from biscuits to oat cakes and rice cakes etc. I’m rubbish for not having lunch and just snacking throughout the day, even though I work from home most days. Dinner is normally better as DH cooks good food from scratch.
Does anyone have any helpful suggestions for lunches and other meals and snacks?
