Can I do anything for saggy skin??

I have recently lost 4 stone (1.5 to go) and I thought I’d feel amazing! But I don’t!
my skin is so loose and saggy and incredibly hideous. My tummy is saggy, my boobs are like empty plastic bags and my thigh hang!! It makes me feel sick!
Im 40 and have been overweight forever but have finally lost the weight easily and probably too quickly I guess.
Is there anything I can try? I’ve stared saving for surgery as I can’t live like this. The only other option is to regain the weight! Gutted.

@Blacknailvarnish well done on losing the extra weight. Skin takes a while to tighten up.

building muscle will help

the idea that regaining the fat will be your only solution to refill your skin is false.
I think you could try and build muscle, (lift weights, and walk) drink bone broth for the collagen, have patience, and keep up your diet.

Well done on the weight loss. How have you done it?

I would definitely start lifting. It really tones things up and will help a lot. It has certainly helped my loose tummy skin from pregnancy. Perhaps also try some gradual tan or have a spray tan. It sounds silly but it does make everything look a bit better. Congratulations on your weight loss!

Hadn’t thought of weights. Will look into it thank you.
I gave up sugar 4 months ago and haven’t touched any since (ooh except a bottle of wine or two at the weekend). I cut out carbs at lunch and stopped eating at all times when full. That’s it. Oh and drank a pint of water with every meal.
Nothing fancy at all.
