I had one of these running a while back, never sure where to post as it covers lots of areas but weight loss is a key goal so as good a place as any. The idea is to write out goals for the next 2 months or so and update on progress for accountability, without getting too caught up in social media.

I'll come back and write out my goals- excited!!!

No order:

Plan every day for 10 mins
Write out work goals on whiteboard (visual)>>achieve them
Do basic budget and savings plan>>get out of debt
Stick to exercise routine>>fit and healthy
Log my food (as this makes me eat better)>>lose 3lbs
Identify wardrobe gaps (summer / autumn)
Read in the evenings>>mental wellbeing
Try and do some daily mindfulness>>mental wellbeing
Go out on my bike>>mental wellbeing
Plan nights out- dancing, gigs, social events
Book trip to see friends in Autumn
Learn to drive
Book a paddleboarding taster session
Make home clean and tidy (home improvement jobs to wait until September)

Keep logging all food
Go to climbing wall at least once a week
Finish final edit of book
Finish illustration
Plan a short trip, paddle boarding or hiking
Get back into sketching daily
Do a proper clean of the house, get rid of outgrown clothes, etc.
Wax snowboard and skis
Re-pot all balcony plants
