Mums please help. I have come to a huge loss to what the hell is going on with my weight.
I exercise well, barely drink and don’t smoke.
I am now the hugest I’ve been ever, I’m now weighing at 15st2lbs with my body fat being 38.9
I don’t understand how it is so high, my lifestyle is active , I drink plenty of water and cut out the one thing I love, chocolate.
Please help x
