However I don't think our diets are bad.
my problem is partly the hours i work, i do 11-2pm. I have breakfast about 8am, then usually a banana or an apple about 10am before getting my bus. But i am always starving when I finish so have lunch, sometimes though it can be as late as 3 when i have it, and then have my main meal at 6. I have eaten a bit more crap than usual over Christmas, but ont eh whole my diets not bad. I need to lose 4 stone (according to the doctor). I struggle with exercise as I ahve Fibromyalgia and any kind of exercise can trigger off a flare up
DH goes to the gym 3 days a week, and is a referee so does that one weekends. I think his problem though is his genetice make-up. his dad is HUGE - think Fat Bast**d from Austin powers and you get the idea. He eats the same as me, except he takes a packed lunch.
So any suggestions?

maybe take something up together - rampant lovemaking or salsa dancing

Also, maybe your eating too little - because of yo-yoing what you eat?? So that when youe at 'normally' your body conserves the weight becuase you might starve it again?

What can we do though? i can't do much form of exercise. i do walk on my days off, but it's been crap weather recently.
