So far today I've had....
• 2 skinny coffee latte things from the chiller in tesco
•Small sushi,
•2 boiled eggs
• small packed of fridge raiders.
Dinner will be a jacket potato with tuna
Low cal crisps and skinny whip for a snack
Whilst I'm not deliberately fasting I'm trying to stop eating at 6pm and not eat breakfast (still having milk in my morning coffee) so I'm consuming fewer cals
