Day two diet food journal

Writing this more for myself but do feel free to join me if your also trying to loose some pounds.

So far today I've had....
• 2 skinny coffee latte things from the chiller in tesco
•Small sushi,
•2 boiled eggs
• small packed of fridge raiders.

Dinner will be a jacket potato with tuna

Low cal crisps and skinny whip for a snack

Whilst I'm not deliberately fasting I'm trying to stop eating at 6pm and not eat breakfast (still having milk in my morning coffee) so I'm consuming fewer cals

How's your day going?

B. All Bran with skimmed milk

L. Rosemary & Salt Thins with half a pot of cottage cheese. 2 oranges

D. Homemade chickpea and spinach curry with cauli rice.

Couple of plain biscuits and a glass of milk before bed.

I'm really trying hard!

@dolphinsarentcommon thanks for joining me. You did very well yesterday, I find writing down helps me see how easily it is to over eat ( especially on snacks)

Today I'm planing on having ...

• packet of salami/pepperoni
• tuna salad
• fruit ( packet from Lidl)
• small ciabatta with ham
•few nuts

I'm working lates today so this is what I'll consume throughout day, not sure at what times etc. If im still peckish I'll either have some carrot sticks or a low fat skinny whip type thing.

Well I did well up until the 'couple of biscuits' turned in to a couple of handfuls 🤦🏻‍♀️

Anyway, today is another day..

B.. allbran, natural yogurt, few raisins and almonds

L.. Thins with Dairylea Light. Fruit

D will be salmon steak and salad.

Probably more fruit later too.

It's so difficult, I've done that many times myself where 1 treat leads to another and then so on. But like you say, today is a new day ... so we'll put our big girl pants on and smash our target today 💪💪💪 I actually cleared out my wardrobe last night and found my lovely size 10 jeans that I used to love ❤️ so .... I have them hung up and I'm using them as my incentive jeans!!! I'm hoping by end of July I'll be comfortably wearing them.

Hoping for a fast shift lol
