I really need to do something about the extra 20lbs I have put on, but I thought I would start off with a 10lb goal as 20lbs seems more daunting! would anyone like to join me?
I’m 5ft 3ish and I when I weighed myself yesterday the scales were showing 160.4lbs, I think my ideal weight would be 138lbs but I’m hoping to reach 150 by the end of summer.
I haven’t done any exercise since before lockdown but I did go for a swim yesterday (49 minutes and burned 589 calories) I also went for a little walk (12 minutes and burned 47 calories). I also have an exercise bike which I am planning on using on the days I’m unable to get to the pool / out for a run or walk. I had a very quick go yesterday and burned 33 calories.
Breakfast - SlimFast strawberry shake (230kcal)
Lunch - skipped.
Dinner - Home made chicken chow mein, I did massively overeat (around 770 kcal)
Snacks:
-Strawberries (96kcal)
-Double cream (106 kcal)
-SlimFast choc bar (99kcal)
-SlimFast Caramel bar (99 kcal)
-Smiths tomato snaps (65 kcal)
I know I over did the snacking yesterday and should have made time for lunch, but being stuck in a traffic jam messed my plans up for the day. I’m hoping to do better today. (I will post todays exercise and what I’ve eaten later tonight).
So if anyone would like to join me, please feel free! Also if anyone has any tips for me they would be appreciated, my plan is to have a calorie deficit most days.
