Can someone please tell me how many points in a King Prawn Puree?

Hi, Its my birthday on Thursday! .

I've been brilliant for 2 weeks on the weightwatchers diet, but my dh is insistent that we go for an Indian on my b'day!

I've been told that a puree is the best option, but how many points would that be with a small portion of pilau rice and 2-3 poppadoms?

Many thanks

puris are deep-fried so really don't think this is a good option if you're trying to shed some weight.
Chicken Tikka (without any sauce) is very low fat as it's just dry baked; anything that's reasonably dry really and doesn't come covered in lashings of ground nuts and cream would be ok I guess.

You could have prawn pathia
that is similar to what they put on a puri

Or Chicken Tikka/Tandoori chicken
