I've just gone into a massive rabbit hole looking for reviews and can't find any that convince me.

I'm trying to lose weight, cutting down on carbs etc but could do with a boost.

I was also about to post the same question when I saw yours! All the reviews I can find seem to be adverts and mostly in media whose name I dont recognise. The ‘known’ one I found had a disclaimer that it was an adverisement (even though the article was written like a magazine review). I want to believe the product is genuine but a web search isnt giving me confidence so far. So, I am also interested to get views from thise who have tried Prima! OP, you don’t seem to have had any feedback yet which, I am bit surprised about.

I bought prima two weeks ago and I don’t think it made any difference. I only bought it because it seemed to have the high opinions of dragon dens team! And I thought that it must be a serious product. Even though I research for a while - I found no one with proper reviews except the ones that you also seen. It all seems to be an advert reviews ! No one from the public rated it. And there isn’t any where that I can or one can add their view on the product! And the major discount they offer! Not sure what that’s about if the products good!
Despite all these red alarms I still decided to go ahead and try it.
Maybe it’s too soon to speak about it and if anything changes in the next few weeks I will definitely update you.
I don’t make any comment usually but I can see that we are in same boat here and felt that I should tell you my experience. plus I chose to experiment it out!
So far I don’t recommend it.
I hope this helps.

@Mumslifeinacirlce thank you for commenting. Is it possible to create a review on Trustpilot? Just one genuine review from someone like you would make a vast difference as I'm sure there's a lot of us going down that search rabbit hole!
After a reasonable start with my diet it went off the boil. I'm going on holiday in a week and will be the fat middle aged woman on the beach.

I feel you there, likewise - I am too going on holiday in ten days and not very happy with how I look! It’s easy for one to be harsh on themself! ‘Our chatter minds’ right!
Im sure you won’t be - and you will look gorgeous.
I think that’s a valuable point - I’ll look into how to leave a comment on Trustpilot.

By the way I am still taking it - determined to give it a fair shot for the full month and guess what! No difference.

I've been taking it for around 4 weeks.
Was also taken in by the Dragons Den reviews.....
So far I've lost nothing and feel no different.
I suspect the 'appetite suppressant' part of it is the massive glass of water you need to drink 30 minutes before each meal!
I'll stick with it for the rest of the course but don't have high hopes of anything changing.

They have loads of reviews on Tripadvisor about Prima. Everyone is saying they don’t work and are giving 1 star to it.
