Not quite sure what to do now. My weight is creeping up and up and up. Now way over 18 stone and just can't seem to get it down ever. I have underactive thyroid and on higher doses as doc let me to see if it would help with energy levels. Blood tests ALL fine. Tried every diet going and just been following macros/cal counting the past year or so with no headway. I genuinely naturally eat healthily these days with no luck. I've tried low calorie and higher calorie based on bmr etc. i walk at least 10000 steps every day and work out with weights twice a week and swimming 2-4 times a week. I eat protein heavy meals, I just don't see where to go from here. I tried team RH (didn't lose any) completed a rebel fit course that did help with mindset but not weight and I had some success with Keto but that doesn't seem to get me anywhere after the first couple of months. Had all blood tests via docs and there's nothing else up. Doc said they will refer me to weight management but I defo feel they'll just be going over things I know already as I'm quite well versed in healthy eating and exercise. DH works in the fitness industry and I also have a PT and it just doesn't make sense to them. I just don't get it
