Emergency weightloss needed

Hi - I need some motivation and help!

My wedding was postponed due to Covid and is now taking place in 6 weeks. My dress was altered to fit my half a stone smaller body last year. IT DOES NOT ZIP.

cannot be altered back and the corset idea isn’t feasible. So weightloss it is…

main area that is preventing the fit is my back. I know how to eat well and be healthy but not in a drastic way. I am calorie counting and being good but I seem to bloat / carry a lot of water.

i‘ m eating healthily at the moment, need to cut out on alcohol now and I exercise regularly (PT one day week, yoga one day, HIIT one day)

After my dress was fit I began weight training and I’m wondering if this has affected me negatively? Either way I have noticeable weight / fat to lose.

my normal day consists of:
coffee (espresso, ice, semi skimmed milk - I think dairy may make me bloat so what is the best milk alternative?)

lunch is a cooked meal - today was a chicken wrap - not too healthy probably 500-600 cals

dinner I have leftover homemade pad Thai which is 400 cal a portion.

I don’t snack but do drink Coke Zero a lot

Could you up your exercise? I lost a stone in about 3 months last year from doing weighted workouts 3x per week. Maybe just one more session per week plus the yoga?

It's food. Eat as much salad and vegetables that you can tolerate with protein for each meal. No bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, snack foods or booze.

B: asparagus, grilled tomatoes and x2 poached eggs - or grilled helluim.
L: carrot, cucumber, pepper and celery battons with small amount of humus plus an avacardo.
D: fish or meat with salad (could contain a cheese) or vegetables.

Snack: berries.

6 weeks of keto would easily get that off.

Weight training won't make you bigger so it's nit that! I wouldn't normally advocate cutting out food groups but as it's an emergency - low carb!
Cut out bread and refined sugar, aim for high protein- and count calories!

Aim for 10000 steps a day.

Oat milk is the nicest non-dairy alternative in coffee, one of the ones that says "barista" on.
