In reality, I have two stone to lose, but I'm taking it half a stone at a time.

Will be starting tomorrow and I will post my starting weight.

I'd love to join you if I may? I've lost 32lbs so far this year (Lowish carb, calorie counting, 1200 a day.). I still need to lose at least a stone. Doesn't help that I binged last night and ate 13 Skinny Bars. I can confirm they do have a laxative effect. Blush
I usually weigh on Thursdays if that's OK?

Can I join in please? I’ve been yo-you dieting since menopause and getting nowhere. Yesterday I got I’ve got to lose at least a stone or a dress size. Today I had a 30 minute walk. I guess that was a start :)

Hi everyone. Well, I caved last night and ate 2 extra 'Light' yogurts. Need to get my head back out of the diet/denial headspace. I hope I at least lose a lb this week (Thursday.) but we shall see. How are you all doing?

I downloaded “Healthy as F#ck” which has been quite inspiring. I’m not following a diet as such but eating more vegetables (always have fresh veg at night, now having the during the day too) cutting out the chocolate and exercising. Did my first HIIT session this morning. Feeling more motivated this time. Oh, and getting out of bed earlier instead of lying there browsing Mumsnet and doing Redactle :)

Anyone still here? End of first week and I’m actually heavier due to having visitors over the weekend and eating and drinking too much. Back to square one….
