I want to lose half a stone by the end of June

And two more stone after that but half a stone would be a really good starting point.

Would anyone like to join me? I really feel I need help with this. I lost two and a half stone last year and unfortunately have gained a stone and a half back, really annoyed with myself.

Planning on weighing on Thursdays since the last day of June is a Thursday.

I've been so good, then had a work dinner last night and a work lunch today so haven't done so well now. Hopefully I haven't undone it all.

0.8 kilos down! Happy with that. Been too hot today to eat anything substantial - had some yoghurt with muesli and plan on having sausages (no hot dog bun - just the sausages) for dinner later.

These occasions are super hard. I’ve got one coming up next week and whilst I love the folk I work with slightly dreading the spread!

Yes I’d love to join. I’d ideally love to lose two stone by October for my 30th birthdays, but I know that isn’t going to happen overnight. I’m calorie counting on an app, I just need motivation to not comfort binge my head off anytime someone comments on my weight when I go out, or just eat in general. What’s everyone’s starting weight? I’m 14st 13lbs and 5’5 my ideal personally would be at 10 stone by next year but my doctor would like me to be 9 stone ideally.

I’d love some buddies to help keep me motivated and I could do the same. What are your plans for your weight loss? I’m thinking Keto (Mainly as it’s supposed to help ibs) then switching to low carb next year if my stomach likes it.

I have found this week hard as I haven't been able to do couch to 5k due to work and kids Back on it Monday and hope to see a difference! It's weigh day for me tomorrow

I've done my weigh in, I've only lost 1lb. Gutted. I have majorly cut back on food and upped exercising 🤷‍♀️

I need to join. I went from 14st 4 at the start of this year down to 12st 12. Now back up to 13st 6 as of this morning.

Gutted as I worked really hard doing a 10 week nutrition/fitness plan to get that initial weight off. I've eaten like a pig so I totally deserve it too.

I’d love to join you. Need to lose 2 stone of baby weight and I’ve got a wedding in October as my target (all my dresses are too small!) really struggling to motivate myself after baby number 2 🥴

Well I'm 3.5 lbs down since start of June so not quite on track but getting there!
Had a naughty day yesterday so quite thankful it's not worse tbh!
How is everyone else getting on?

Weigh in day for me too, I'm down 0.6kg since Tuesday. I'd say I have been 50% successful at my healthy eating and no snacking strategy, so I'm pleased with that.

Just weighed in - lost 2lb! Considering the weekend I’ve had (celebrations and lots of food/drink), I’ll take that and run with it! How has everybody else got on?

Well it’s shopping day for me so I hope I can stock up on everything good, and avoid awful things. I’ll make sure not to go food shopping when I’’m hungry 🤣.

I need to be strict and have set times when I eat I think will be key for me. A good routine till it becomes the norm. I have 5 stone to go, but ideally 2 this year if I can.

Well, it's the end of June ladies! How has everyone done? I've lost 3lbs, which I'm rather disappointed with. But it's still a loss and I'm determined to lose more by the end of July Smile

Well done everyone with losses. I'm about 3lb down from the start of January and have been so disheartened that I've gone for the nuclear option and have taken my first ozempic injection. It's expensive but I'm hoping it takes me down to the weight I should be for my height and that I then manage to sustain that. So I'm going to jump off this thread and go onto the ozempic thread as it's not a standard way to lose weight. Hope that you all have continued successes
