I've joined Slimming World at various times and successfully lost weight, but gradually it creeps back on again. I'm reluctant to keep paying out, so l want to try to do it with like minded individuals on MN.
On a weekly basis let's choose a day that suits us and then log our weigh on here.
If you put on, maintain or lose weight don't worry, there's no point in kidding ourselves about it, just say how you did.
So, let's start off by stating your current weight, target weight and day of the week you'll be weighing in. Let's set our end date as 31st August 2022, then when we get to that date we can extend it further.
Here goes:
Current weight: 11st 1lb
Target weight: 10st
Weigh in day: Saturday mornings
