Just wondered if anyone else had tried this?
Apparently it is fibre from the Konjac root (similar to Konjac noodles / zero noodles (I think)
Today I am trying it for the first time. I had the dose recommended on the bottle which is 6 capsules with a large glass of water, with a meal (I had some muesli) at around 10am and now it is after 4pm and not feeling hungry.
Think I might keep a diary just to see how this goes. I was a bit worried the fibre might have some bad digestive effects or cramping etc but so far nothing at all.
If it keeps going like this I may try combining it with 2 meals a day. / 16:8 fasting
