Weighed in at 9st2 this morning. I haven't got a particular aim for June, but hoping to do ok.

Thank you @QueenMabby , it’s awful when DS1 is ill as he’s mostly non verbal so can’t tell us exactly what’s wrong.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend, I’m back on the straight and narrow tomorrow after a week of over indulgence and minimal exercise!

Hope you had a great birthday @LBB2020! I am ploughing on with C25K, but think I will need to repeat week four as I found the middle run really tough. I finish for summer on Wednesday and will do 16/8 for the next six weeks or so. I find it too hard to skip breakfast when I am working/up early.

@QueenMabby i also get awful reflux, it is grim.

Thank you @Judystilldreamsofhorses and well done for keeping going with C25K! I haven’t run for almost two weeks so need to do W3R3 tonight, wish me luck!
The week didn’t get off to the best start yesterday so am starting again today!

Wednesday weigh in for me - 9st 7.0lb. Basically the same as last week. I'll take that - at least it's not a gain!

Hoping to at least hold steady before my holiday next weekend.

I can’t believe it’s almost July!
I've gained and lost the same few lbs since the start of the year, it’s depressing! (I know I’m being dramatic!). Need to really put some effort into it during July
