Will eating 3-4 eggs a day hinder weight loss ? I'm having scrambled (no butter or milk and 1 cal spray to cook with) and hard boiled

Providing you're eating healthy balanced meals throughout the rest of the day you should be fine!
I eat 3 boiled eggs every morning and my mum who's 55 looks great for her age and eats eggs everyday!
I have been told too many aren't great for cholesterol though and can make you 'clogged up'.
But that hasn't stopped me!

I thought eggs were "binding" if you eat too many. Also not good for your cholesterol so might be worth getting it checked at a pharmacy every now and then.

as long as you are mindful of the calories it's fine.

Eggs do not affect your cholesterol. The amount of cholesterol in a food is not relevant to the amount of cholesterol in your body. Body cholesterol is increased by smoking and alcohol, and by high fat intake together with high sugar intake (high fat intake with low sugar intake does not cause increase in body cholesterol).

Eat as many eggs as you like, but do ensure that you have plenty of fibre and water as well. I suspect that eggs can be constipating because they are so satisfying that you don't feel hungry enough to eat lots of veg, rather than because of anything intrinsic to them.

The cholesterol problem was debunked years ago. I eat 4 a day for breakfast (we have chickens!) and I don't find them constipating at all; quite the opposite, in fact, because when I swap them for bread I do get constipated - I find carbs awful for that. And the eggs keep me going till dinner most days.

Eggs don't affect your cholesterol.

If you like eggs, they agree with you and you're losing weight then go for it. No one can really know how they'll affect weight loss without knowing if they're taking you out of a calorie defect etc.

Just factor them into your daily calories. A lot of fitness people eat 3-4 eggs a day. I would like to think of myself as in shape and I eat 3 everyday for lunch, in an omelette.

The studies that stated that eggs didn't affect cholesterol were looking at 1 (one) daily egg. Multiple egg consumption will negatively affect cholesterol and risk of cardiovascular events.

We are of course all different. Some of us might consume food that lower cholesterol and counteract negative impact, however saying they have no impact on cholesterol is false.
Excessive protein , like every macro in excess, will be stored as fat. So protein are not void food, you need to count your eggs in your daily calories.

I can't eat too many. Bung me up and I ended up with piles last time I attempted 2 eggs for breakfast every day!
