Mini gastric bypass July 2022

Hi as the title says I’m going for a mini gastric bypass with minimiser ring in July at the Spire in Southampton.
Has anyone else had the op recently and can offer any advice?

Hi, no I haven't had it but am seriously considering it. I was a bit put off by the fact it was called a "mini gastric bypass", I thought the weight loss would be less than other bariatric surgeries. Looking at the figures though, it's just as effective.
