So I have the time to go to the gym every other day for around 45mins to an hour (tops, from arriving to leaving) before my childcare is no more. My goal is to loose a stone.
I am currently doing a lot of weight training as suggested by my gym but it just feels wrong. I don't want to tone up or build muscle, I want to loose weight and look slender!
What type of gym exercises will be the most efficient to hit my goal with my time restrictions please?
I'm already dieting but would like to achieve results quicker. My gym has everything so you can think of so please hit me with your best results training methods!
