Hello,

I'm going on holiday in 9 weeks and want to be healthier for it, weight loss would be an absolute added bonus as I need to lose around a stone.

Please tell me how I can kick start this and be overall healthier 😄

Do a daily workout for 30-60 mins with weights of at least 3kg each.

Low carb, cut out sugar and alcohol. You'll lose a stone in 9 weeks if you have one to lose.

Stop drinking alcohol or fizzy drinks / squash. Drink water instead.

eat fruit and / or veg with every meal especially green veg

drop processed / packaged food

switch white carbs to whole grain

exercise a bit every day: walk, cycle, bit of yoga on YouTube, swim , anything. But make sure you move.

Eat veg first. Plan your meals around the veg.

Cut out carbs, refined sugar and alcohol.

Get plenty of sleep

Move your body. Doesn't have to be formal exercise but move more generally.

Well depends on what your current habits are. We don't have a crystal ball to tell you, and you probably, deep down, know what you need to work on
