Hi hive mind. I achieved my target 🎯 on Wednesday and I've been trying to get my head around the Route A/B/C for maintaining and it's frying my brain! Also really frustrating there isn't a lifetime version of the app as found that really useful during my weightloss phase. Anyhoo, if I do the average calculation of lbs lost over the past 8 weeks it gives me route C which seems to be a heck of a jump from what I've been used to previously! I'm trying to follow route B as it doesn't seem as daunting. Any hints or tips from fellow target reachers? Thank you in advance for any help or support ❤️
