Just wondered if anyone had used any of the weight loss tea/ tablets? Seen some posts on social media pages showing before photo and photo 5 days after where there seems to be significant change. Are these for real? Anyone tried and tested ? Am I being naive thinking they will work? Thanks for any comments

If they worked they would be prescribed or everyone would take them and no one would be fat, so I'm sorry, but they don't work. Not on their own anyway.

I’d be very wary of any magic drink / pill that claims to make you lose weight. You know deep down you just need to eat less (and to some extent move more). If any of those things worked in a healthy way, they’d be prescribed. They probably act like laxatives, if anything, and you might lose a few lbs of water weight, but if you want to lose fat, you need to make sustainable changes to how you currently eat.
