I have a beach holiday in two weeks. Just started my exercise routine again (30 mins on elliptical/ 10 mins HIIT / 20 mins Yoga 5x a week) but obviously not going to get the results I want in the time frame is like.
It's just my arms and legs that need losing the rest I can live with. I was thinking of exante, but I'm assuming my BMI is too low for it
