I know a lot of us know what to do to lose fat. However, I think some benefit from being help accountable! It may make you think twice when you absentmindedly shove a chocolate in your mouth or let yourself be badgered into eating cakes someone has brought into work.
I am not sure what is allowed on here but I was thinking of writing what your meal is BEFORE you consume it (or uploading a photo) AND posting weekly results either weight or fat loss percentage lost would hold me personally accountable.
The way I personally do it is have a calorie limit and 1 day where I eat what I like. I try and exercise 3 to 5 days a week. But I concentrate more on diet.
