So I am on a sugar free diet, I eat nothing with white/brown sugar. no sweeteners etc since January this year. However whenever my period has come on, then I have been unable to keep up with the diet. I am trying to lose weight about stone more to go, so what can be done to keep healthy eating around period days too?
some women experience horrible PMS arooud period time, so I think I might be having PMS. and I feel so terrible. So I break my diet rules.
But can anyone help me keep my on diet and is there something else that could help me? thanks .
