Good morning!

I came on to post that I'm restarting today.

Lost 1.5 stone in 8 weeks in Feb/March and got back from holiday having put 9lb back on (Disney so ate ALL the carbs!)

Today's start weight is 13st 9.4lb.

So far I've had a cup of tea and I'm going to have some low carb porridge soon. Eggs for lunch and some Bolognese with kojak pasta for dinner. And all the water in the world 😁

I'm on my second cup of tea so 770 left.

Will have a protein shake for lunch and I really don't know what for dinner.

Should probably plan that!

Day 3 and 3lb off here. Feeling pleased with that.

Had yogurt, blueberries and seeds for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch and will have a cheeseburger with lettuce wrap for dinner today.

The needle is finally moving! I feel like I'm doing well although a couple of days I've needed more like 1000 cals.
I am running up and down the stairs all day with a 3 month old though!

I'm so excited to lose weight

I need to do this for a kick start but find the initial carbon withdrawal so hard!

You'll get better results if you stick to fruit tea or hot lemon and save your calories just for meals. It feels like a waste using calories on drinks (and it stirs the digestive system into action more often). Just a suggestion though. Good luck!
