Anyone else done it? I did weight watchers ages ago and didn't stick to it. This time I need to loose about 20 lb in 12 weeks with Christmas in the middle. I have done slimming world in the past with varying degrees of success but feel that ww may be better for me at the moment. How has it changed in the past few years - I eat fish but no meat and am at work during the day with use of a microwave.

Any help/advice/encouragement greatly appreciated!

I'm doing WW by going to meetings, but I track online using e-source and I'm finding it really good, if a little slow. I don't know whether it's the same as when you last did it - every food has a points value (based on calories and saturated fat) and you get a certain amount of points to eat every day. I think it's very flexible. They say no food is forbidden, but some of them have such high points that you could only have a very small amount. I think they're planning to bring in a new plan to run alongside the points plan in the new year, but I don't know what that will involve yet.

Why didn't you stick to it last time? If motivation is a problem you should definitely join one of the threads on here, they're very supportive. There's also a discussion board on the WW sight which is great for asking questions about exercise/food/whatever.

That's a good motivation . I'm sure you'll do very well, especially if you do plenty of exercise, drink lots of water and have plenty of zero point veg.

I like WW online but have to admit I have wavered in recent weeks (lost 21lb over four months but have plateaued ). The food diary is excellent Lilibet, it really focused my mind.
So I am going to attend a weekly weigh-in with Kayleigh to get me back on track as I still need to lose plenty more!
I'd recommend WW Online.
