I've lost weight but saw a photo of me and still look really frumpy

I still have 5kg to go to reach what I consider my "fighting" weight, but having lost 7kg, I'm now at the very top end of a good BMI now, so was feeling so much better and more confident. Did a family photo at a theme park and I look huge still. It's so hard. First world problems.

I think also so many mums with leggings and cropped sweatshirts and abs. Mine are flab's and my skin is like an old man crying on my tummy. I feel really old, unfashionable and chunky

Have you checked your bra size since the weight loss. A correctly fitting bra especially rib cage size (band) makes so much difference to your shape. The difference for me between sports bra (optimised for bounce reduction not shape) and actual bra in the same outer clothes (sometimes I referee before competing and wear sports bra under smart clothes) is massive - in the sports bra I look frumpy but not a day earlier or later in a normal bra that is a good shape with projection.

How's your posture? I can look frumpy in photos despite being my goal weight and its always when my posture is bad. I've started trying to do exercises to help keep my shoulders back and its starting to work.
