Can it be done?
I've always struggled with my weight - I find it easy to lose a lot but will then pile it back on.
Am currently losing weight more slowly than I have before by just eating three meals with protein and no snacks. I'm 48, 5'8" and won't weigh 13st 5lb which is still overweight but BMI less than 30 which I'm pleased with.
I have type 2 diabetes and GP is happy im controlling with diet at the moment.
I do yoga once a week and go for long walks.
I want to get up early every day and go for a long walk - we are soon to acquire a dog which means I want to be able to do long daily walks but I work full-time (wfh).
I want to make changes that I will sustain. Has anyone completely changed their lifestyle and stuck to it?
