If you have lost 5 stone did you have lots of loose skin?

Weird question I know but I'm now around 13 stone and would like to get done to 10st- was previously 15st

Did it result in lots of loose sagging skin and was it obvious you had lost weight. or could you feel confident in shorts and vest top for example.

I know age and exercise are a factor and I'm 40 and don't intend to exercise to lose weight at present.

I’ve lost 3 and probably the same to go. I use intermittent and extended fasting which causes autophagy which helps to reduce the risk of saggy skin. I have none so far. (I’m a few years older than you.)

I’ve lost 4.5 stone and have no loose skin at all. I did do lots of exercise though.

I think one of the factors that contribute to loose skin is losing weight rapidly. I’ve never lost more than 1-2 pounds a week, so my body had time to catch up with itself, if you know what I mean.

I lost 5 stone after getting a lap band - it came off pretty fast, ie in about 9 months. No I didn't get loose skin , and I didn't do anything to avoid it. My tummy is a bit flabby but it was like that before.

My tummy is flabby bug I had two huge children so that played a part. I've list around five stone and I'm forty.

Thanks these sound promising replies.

Assuming will always be a bit flabby but just don't want to look very wrinkled or have lots of loose skin draping about.
