Hiya

I have a lot of weight to lose (about 10 stone) and I was hoping for some recommendations for books/ websites/ programmes that have been helpful to people for the mental side of things / changing mindset?
Any recommendations would be great 👍

Thank you!
J x

Gillian Riley

Not easy, but really very simple.

Hope you find what works for you

I came on to say Gillian Riley's book too. Really made me think about why I eat, what my triggers are. Found it so helpful.

The Kindness Method by Sharoo Izadi I think she also has a specific diet one, The Last Diet.

I’ve heard good things about the Noom app/ programme. Apparently that addresses the mental side of things really well.

I’ve read Why We Eat Too Much, but I’m not sure that’s what you’re after. I was actually struck by how that book completely ignores the emotional side of eating.
